Delivery Charges
Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000. A flat Rs. 200 charge applies to orders below this amount. No hidden charges.
Delivery Timeframe
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–3 working days Other major cities: 3–4 working days Remote areas: 4–7 working days Orders dispatched within 24 hours of placement (Monday–Saturday).
Payment Method
We operate exclusively on Cash on Delivery (COD). No advance payment required. Simply pay when your order arrives.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2PM are dispatched the same day (working days). Orders after 2PM or on Sundays are dispatched the next working day.
Failed Delivery
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
